Why do you need my item's serial/PO number to order replacement parts?
The serial/PO number is needed to correctly identify your product. As our products have changed over the years, the serial/PO number is crucial in determining the correct replacement part.
In the interest of baby’s safety, we cannot supply replacement parts without the proper information about your product.
Both the model number and serial/PO number are printed on our product label.
- For cribs, this label is located on the inner right side panel at mattress level.
- For dressers and most changers, it is located on the back panel. If the back panel is installed backwards, the label may be situated on the inside of the dresser/changer.
- For changers with no drawers or back panel, the label is located on one of the shelf boards.
Please note as different types and runs of products may have different numbering formats, your serial/PO number format may differ from the format below. The location of the label remains the same however.
How long will it take to receive my replacement parts?
We will review your order within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, orders for replacement parts will take 7-10 business days for delivery.
While we endeavor to fulfill orders for replacement parts as quickly as possible, processing time may vary based on part availability and whether additional communication is required to confirm the correct parts needed.
